We recently lost dad a matter of weeks after losing mum. JA Kelly’s directed both funerals for us. We were so impressed with the care and sensitivity with which they handled mum’s funeral that we had no reservation about using them again for Dad’s, in fact Dad told us he wanted to use them. Jack, Martin and the team are just excellent at what they do. Jack even read the eulogy and did an amazing job. I can’t recommend JA Kelly highly enough and although nobody wants to be in a situation where they are saying goodbye to loved ones, it makes it so much easier when you are supported by such a professional and caring funeral director. Thank you for everything.

After mum passed recently (Dec 2025) we contacted J A Kelly to help take care of the funeral arrangements. I have to say it was the best decision we could have made. The care and support we received from Jack and Martin was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there for any questions or concerns that arose during what was an extremely difficult time for the family. The attention to detail for every aspect of the funeral arrangements was made so much easier by the guidance they gave us and we genuinely wouldn't have known where to start without them. A day that the whole family was dreading was made so much easier by the sensitive and caring way that J A Kelly handled everything. Wow guys. I really can’t thank you and Martin enough for what you’ve done for me and my husband. A little back story, my baby was born sleeping last month, we had a funeral director who broken our trust, and stepped way over the line, so on Saturday I had my baby in our car, and had to take her home. I got in contact with this funeral home and explained what had happened. Immediately they took in my baby girl and treat us all with so much respect. They always say someone will got the extra mile for you, but these guys went to the moon and back for us. Made our day that much more easier to cope with. From the bottom of my heart we are so so grateful macie-mae had the best send off, and it was definitely because of this funeral home. From the minute my baby was in his care he assured us so so much. We owe these guys our whole life. My baby always had the nickname tigger, and jack and Martin even put that on her temporary grave plaque without us asking. And when I asked how he knows his reply was “ I listen”. What a blessing this company is 🥹🥹 thank you so so so much we will always be so so grateful❤️
